Year 3 Harvest Assembly 8/10/2015
We celebrated the first part of our Harvest Festival in school. This was led by Year 3, who did a fantastic job. Their singing, poems and thoughts were a lovely reflection for all of us on the meaning of “Harvest” in the 21st Century. Mrs Mitchell-Gears, Mrs Williams and Ms Nevin ensured the children shone and everyone who saw the assemblies were impressed by their confidence and how much they enjoyed sharing their ideas. You can see some of the photographs of the assembly included in the Newsletter. I would also like to thank all the families who donated to the appeal, Major Carpagnauo, from the Salvation Army spoke to the children about their work with disadvantaged families in our area and how your donations will help those less fortunate than ourselves.
