Sword Dance
During Mr. Ward's years as Headmaster there was a strong emphasis on the arts. Dance displays were a significant feature of each school year with the school not only presenting displays, usually during the summer Open Days, but also joining in local dance festivals. The girls performing the sword dance were probably at Fassnidge Park, Uxbridge.
