Childcare vouchers

• Childcare Voucher transfers will only be credited to the pupil's individual School Money Accounts once the funds have been received by the school. Please note that some Childcare Voucher Providers may take up to 7 days to allocate these funds to the school, therefore you must allow 14 days for this credit to be transferred across to your School Money Account.
• The school will credit Childcare Vouchers of £100 and over, free of charge. Childcare Voucher transfers under the value of £100 will incur an administration charge of £10 per payment.

• If you wish to use Childcare Vouchers to pay for Buddies Holiday Club, please ensure the vouchers are transferred to the school at least two weeks before the holidays begin. Note that the school cannot process any Childcare Vouchers during the any holiday period, so standard payment methods must be used during this time.
